Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born on the 4th of October 1979) is an American actress and model. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, who was also a stand-up comedian and JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old.
